MACHA Championship

After winning their quarter-final and semi-final game, the Marquette Golden Eagles faced off against RMU Peoria in the championship game of the MACAHA playoffs.  The Golden Eagles took an early first period lead, but went into the locker room with a 1-1 tie.  The team played two more unbelievable periods behind great goaltending, but in the end came up short with a final of 3-1 in favor of RMU Peoria.  The game marked the end of a fantastic season for the Golden Eagles club hockey team.  You can look at photos from the final game by visiting http://prints.timlesterimages.com/f1047176008, photos were taken by Tim Lester.  Stay tuned for a full season recap.
